Changelog

Joining the Public Test is a great way to earn containers with Premium ships, permanent and expendable camouflages, and other valuable items. All information on how to join the Public Test is available on a dedicated page of the official website.

Lunar New Year Event Pass

Get ready for a journey through two progression lines that offer rewards sprinkled with Moondust.

2025 is here, which means Lunar New Year is also almost upon us! To celebrate the occasion, we’ve prepared a new Event Pass—journey through two progression lines that offer other rewards.

The highlights of the first line include the Safe Trip Wherever You Go flag, 3 days of Warships Premium Account, a fair amount of Coal and Steel, and historical Commander Yuchi Gong with 10 skill points and an individual voiceover.

Extra levels of this line will reward you with 2x More Signals containers per level.

You can unlock the second progression line for 2,500 Doubloons and immediately receive new historical Commander Qin Shubao with 10 skill points and an individual voiceover. As you progress further, you can earn

with a Port slot and Commander, extra Coal and Steel, the Lunar New Year permanent camouflage for , and the new Menshen permanent camouflage for .

Extra levels of the second line will reward you with 1x Rare Bonuses container per level.

Now, let’s look at the events you can expect in Update 14.1. Please note that they won’t be available on the Public Test Server.

“Remembrance of Ming's Past” Adventure

Completing missions will give you opportunities to earn your own World of Warships riches along the way!

The Seven Voyages of Zheng He are famous across China. Sent by the Ming dynasty to improve relations with foreign powers and bolster trade, Zheng He commanded huge fleets loaded with expensive gifts and trade goods to such far places as Hormuz in the Persian Gulf and Mogadishu in Africa. We are honoring this famous explorer in a new adventure that will run through Updates 14.1 and 14.2 and will provide many opportunities to earn your own World of Warships riches along the way!

During this adventure, completing missions will earn you the new "The Ming Legacy" flag and Zheng He's Voyages patch, as well as some Adventure Tokens that you can spend on various containers in the Armory. Alternatively, you can exchange them for Ming's Voyage Tokens that you can use to obtain thematic rewards: new

, the Chinese Treasure Ship permanent camouflage for her, and Commander Zheng He himself.

During the event, you can get enough Ming's Voyage Tokens through the exchange and from Armory bundles for Free XP, Coal and Credits to get

for free!

Lots of smaller events will unfurl in Update 14.1, and these will also involve Adventure Tokens.

"The Finest Hour" Collection and a New Unique Dutch Commander

Conrad Helfrich was a lieutenant admiral of the Royal Netherlands Navy and overall commander of the Dutch naval forces in Southeast Asia during World War II. In the first stages of the Pacific War, he was one of the most successful Allied commanders in that theater. We honor this military juggernaut with a special collection dedicated to his memory.

You can get collection elements from the "The Finest Hour" standard containers, which you can obtain in exchange for Adventure Tokens earned from adventure missions. It’s possible to earn enough Adventure Tokens to complete the collection in its entirety.

Note that you must make a choice to either get the unique Dutch Commander for Adventure Tokens or save them and spend on

after the Adventure ends. Tokens obtainable from missions and bundles for resources in the Armory can’t cover both rewards.

Battle of the Java Sea

Marking the anniversary of the Battle of the Java Sea, which took place in February 1942, this event offers you the chance to obtain up to 5x Battle of the Java Sea containers for Adventure Tokens. The containers can drop ships that participated in the Battle—

Italian Event

Join the event to celebrate Italy’s rich naval history and traditions. Complete a dedicated mission to earn the new Machiavelli's Flag that can proudly be hoisted on all Italian ships. Up to 5x Italian cruisers containers are also ready for the taking in exchange for Adventure Tokens. And if you want something extra, check out the bundles with

and new historical commander Caterina Sforza with an individual voiceover in the Armory and Premium Shop.

Combat Missions and Rewards

Progress through combat missions on the Public Test Server to earn Community Tokens.

Progress through combat missions on the Public Test Server to earn Community Tokens. These Tokens can be exchanged for various rewards in the Armory, including rare permanent camouflages, containers, and other in-game items.

The rewards for activities on the Public Test Server may differ from those on the Live Server.

• Players who log in to the Public Test Server for the very first time will receive a one-time reward: 250 Doubloons, 2x More Coal containers, and 1x Tactical Special container per account.
• A one-time reward of 100 Doubloons and 750 Coal will be given the first time you log in to each of the 14.1 Public Test sessions.

In Public Test 14.1, players will also have access to special combat missions that provide rewards on the Live Server.

This combat mission will only be available on the second and third days of each round of the Public Test.

In total during Public Test 14.1, you can obtain up to 8,500 Community Tokens; 25,100 Coal; 5x Tactical Special containers; 2x More Coal containers; 2x Pioneer permanent camouflages; 150,000 Free XP; 24,400,000 Credits; 280,000 Elite Commander XP; and 450 Doubloons.

Among those who earn at least 1,000 Base XP in a single battle of any type (excluding Training Battles), we'll select nine players from each region to receive a 14.1 Event Pass second progression line unlock (or equivalent compensation).
